The biggest surprise was #2 Georgetown losing to #15 Fl. Gulf Coast. FLGC is playing #7 San Diego St. in a tight game but holding a 12 pt lead in the 2nd half with under 7 to play.
#10 Iowa St. was not suppose to win over #7 Notre Dame. They lost toda to #10 Iowa State.
Nor was #13 La Salle over #4 Kansas State. The other Kansas is still in it and has advanced to the Regional Semis against #4 Michigan. Go Michigan!
#11 Minnesota took out the West’s Big Boy #6 UCLA, losing tonight to #3 Florida.
