Not just the Spanish Main, luv. The entire ocean. The entire wo’ld. Wherever we want to go, we’ll go. That’s what a ship is, you know. It’s not just a keel and a hull and a deck and sails, that’s what a ship needs but what a ship is… what the Black Pearl really is… is freedom.

It seems like I’ve been really busy.
a glass of sauvignon blanc, some sharp cheddar, sesame crackers and Gala apple slices.
Sign off s were quick mostly because I only covered critical today. One patient waiting for an ICU bed still on a narcan drip to keep him breathing, young guy, weighing in at 460lbs. He arrived unannounced with 2 ambulances, a fire truck to lift him out of the ambulance. Medics had him pretty stable. Then proceeded to treat one of the medics and two firemen who got hurt getting the guy out of his girlfriend’s house. I don’t miss those days. 😉
