Throwball Playoffs AFC Championship: Titans @ Chiefs

Hard to believe, but it’s true, there used to be a whole other Throwball League called the American Football League that got swallowed up by the NFL and that’s why we have two Conferences today.

I’m in a quandary about whom I hate most, the Titans or the Chiefs.

Now it’s important to understand that I’m picking the team to face my Packers in LIV so I’m hoping for the best (weakest) matchup and the Chiefs are a scary, scary team on offense (of course they haven’t seen a Pack Attack) but defense not so much and the Titans could light them up with the running game both from Derrick Henry and Ryan Tannehill (they have the 7th worst rushing defense in the League).

So I’m kind of hoping for the Titans and it’s not unreasonable…

To get here, the Titans had to beat the team with the best defense in football (the New England Patriots) and the team with the best offense (the Baltimore Ravens) — with both wins coming on the road.

to expect them to beat the 7 point spread if not win outright.
