Look out, arteries, here it comes. The ultimate meatloaf wrapped In BACON and stuffed with cheese. ek horbeck would have loved it.

  • Ingredients:
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 cup. bread crumbs
    1 teaspoon of salt
    1 teaspoon of pepper
    1 egg
    8oz Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    2 lbs of bacon
    1/4 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of BBQ sauce or ketchup

Ed note: Something that the fellow n the video doesn’t do but makes it much easier to wrap the meatloaf in the bacon, do it on a strip of aluminum foil or parchment.

Bake at 300 degrees for about 90 minutes. Check every 30 minutes. Using a meat thermometer, check that temperature is about 160 degrees in the center of the meat. If you want the bacon to be crispier, bake an additional 5 minutes on 475. Allow to cool a bit before serving.

Happy 70th Birthday, Madam First Lady

Every day, women and girls are finding incredible confidence and taking risks. When they change one mind, pretty soon, they have changed one tradition. That changed tradition has changed a village. That one village has changed a country. That new reality means new opportunities for themselves and their daughters.
