2016 Senior League Championship Series: Game 6, Dodgers @ Cubs

Here we are back in the windy city at Wrigley Field for the 6th, and hopefully the final game, of the National League Championship with the Chicago Cubs leading the Los Angeles Dodgers 3 games to 2 in the series. Tonight it will Dodgers’ pitcher Clayton Kershaw, trying to save his team against Cubs’ pitcher Kyle Hendricks. The last these two faced each other was in game 2 of this series. The Cubs hope that Hendricks and their batters will do better than they did in that game which they lost 1 – 0.

If the Cubs win tonight it will be the first time they will advance to the World Series since since 1945, other wise, they will have one more try in game 7 tomorrow night. The first game of the World Series is on October 25 in Cleveland, Ohio.

The game starts at 8:08 PM ET on FS1. I’ll be sitting in tonight for ek hornbeck who is feeling a bit under the weather, nothing serious just the usual seasonal change cold.

The Chicago Cubs are going to the World series for the first time in 71 years.

They have not won a World Series since 1908.

    Best of luck
