NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament 2022: Elite 8 – Day 1

Twas a night for the underdogs. #15 St. Peter’s did what no #15 has ever done – advance to the Elite 8.#8 N.Carolina took out heavily favored #4 UCLA. Two other underdogs from the night before, #4 Arkansas and #6 Houston who defeated 2 #1’s, will join them.

#2 Villanova goes to the Final Four after defeating #6 Houston in one of the lowest scoring games in this tournament. God game by #2 Duke over #4 Arkansas..

I must say the attire of the CBS analysts is improving. Greg Gumbel has ditched the glaring ties that clashed with his suit. Tonight he wore a whore on blue plaid suit, white shirt, white on red pattered tie with a dark red pocket square. Clark Kellogg donned a blue on tan suit,white shirt with a brown on blue paisley tie. Kenny Smith wore a light brown suit, white shirt with a dark brown tie and brown and black pocket square. Charles Barkley wore his best look so far, a Tan with white striped suit, white shirt and light brown with white striped patterned tie.
