After today, it’s impossible to dismisses the idea of Sarah Palin as the GOP nominee in 2012.

I expect that the RNC is quaking in their shoes but there maybe a bit of cheer at the DNC. I’m a skeptic and don’t trust American voters to do anything really stupid

  10. Blanche Lincoln defeated. Schutlz on MSNBC blaming Halter for her loss. Bull shit. She was a blue dog and if the President hadn’t butted in the primary, the Dems might have held the seat.

One for the Democrats in November of 2008

And one for the Democrats today.

  18. disengaged.

Things are pretty much shaking out entirely as expected.

The defeats. The MSM scripts. The excuses. The stupid.

    sigh.

  19. NY-13 goes back to red thanks to the spineless representation of Michael McMahon. Voters who put him into the office were very disappointed with his votes, not left enough I was told by many people I called phone banking. Nate Silver had this as a safe seat, not, and anyone who lives on Staten Island knew that it wasn’t, including McMahon.

The good part is that with McMahon out of the picture, the liberals and progressives can work to get Debbie Rose, who holds McMahon seat in the NYC City Council, out in front to run in 2012. She really mobilized the Democrat/Liberal Community when she ran against McMahon’s hand picked successor.
